Our verdict
Lojas Benoit suits households in Brazil that furnish a home in stages, ordering online or collecting in store. With 7 calendar days from the day after delivery to withdraw, the buying window is workable, though assembly is left to you and the entry rug price depends on how you pay.

Pros and cons
Pros
- One store carries the whole home, with furniture, beds, bedding and more all browsable in the same menu.
- The queen mattress figure in the bedding category is BRL 2,699.90, with the saving printed beside the full amount.
- Withdrawals run 7 calendar days from the day after the order reaches you, set out in a written policy.
- Ordering on the site and collecting in store is offered, so bulky pieces skip the delivery wait.
- A rug in the living room range is listed at BRL 145.82 with its discount applied and the amount saved printed alongside.
Cons
- Assembly sits with the buyer: the service pages place assembly, disassembly and installation outside what the store handles, and the 7 day withdrawal clock is already running while you work out whether the piece fits the room.
- The BRL 145.82 rug price holds when you pay by PIX, with the undiscounted amount printed above it, so the same piece bills differently by payment method.
- The withdrawal clock starts the day after delivery, so 7 calendar days has to cover measuring and building the piece as well as the decision itself.
- Support runs on email, phone and help centre only, so a delivery question waits for a reply rather than an answer on the spot.
Who it suits
- Households based in Brazil that want a home bought from one store rather than room by room.
- Shoppers happy to collect, since the store lets you order on the site and pick the piece up in person.
- Buyers with a screwdriver and an evening to spare, because putting pieces together is left to them.
Who should look elsewhere
- Anyone who needs assembly handled, since the store places assembly, disassembly and installation outside what it covers.
- Shoppers outside Brazil, since that is the market the store sells in.
- Buyers whose list starts with a nursery crib; Bungle Nursery Cribs is the name to weigh against instead.
What it does well
The withdrawal period is the clearest thing about buying here. The store sets out 7 calendar days, counted from the day after the order is received, in which you can withdraw from a purchase. That is a short window for a considered piece, but it is published in writing before you pay rather than buried at checkout, and it starts on delivery rather than dispatch, so a slow freight leg does not eat into it. Assembly is the trade-off. The service pages place assembly, disassembly and installation with the buyer, so pieces arrive as parts and the listed price covers the product as packed. Plan the build before you order, because the same 7 day clock is running while you work out whether the frame will clear the door and sit level in the room. Buying a large piece here is preparation rather than a leap of faith: measure the space, arrange the build, and keep the delivery note, since that is what the withdrawal period counts from.
Who runs it
Lojas Benoit trades as Benoit Eletrodomésticos LTDA, a registered company based in Brazil rather than a marketplace of resellers, and it publishes that legal name, its registration number and a fixed address on its own about page. It has been trading since 1971, so the name that takes your money, sets the withdrawal terms and carries the delivery conditions belongs to an established operation rather than a temporary storefront. Service runs through the same operation. The support pages list a telephone line, an email address for questions, complaints and feedback, and a self-serve help centre covering freight, exchanges and returns. Those are the routes a delivery question travels before anyone replies, so it is worth having your order number and the delivery date to hand when you call rather than describing the parcel from memory. For a large order that matters. The legal name, the address and the support routes all sit in one place, so before paying you can tell which company stands behind the return terms and reach it by a route that does not depend on finding an old message.

Frequently asked questions
What does a mattress or a rug cost?+
The queen price shown in the mattress category is BRL 2,699.90, printed with the amount saved against the full price. A rug in the living room range is listed at BRL 145.82 with its discount applied. Both figures belong to the products on those pages, so read them as reference points for those pieces rather than a starting point for everything.
Does paying by PIX change what I pay?+
The BRL 145.82 rug figure is the discounted price that holds when you pay by PIX, and the site prints the undiscounted amount above it with the saving in reais alongside. That means the figure you read on a product page is not always the figure on the invoice, so check the payment terms before you budget for a piece.
How long do I have to change my mind about a sofa?+
You have 7 calendar days, counted from the day after the order is received, to withdraw from the purchase. The period sits in a dedicated exchanges and returns policy rather than a line at checkout, so you can read the deadline before ordering something large. Keep the delivery note, since that is what the clock starts from.
Is assembly included in what I pay?+
It sits with the buyer. The service pages place assembly, disassembly and installation outside what the store handles, so a piece arrives as parts and the listed price covers the product as packed. You also have 7 calendar days from receipt to withdraw, so it is worth knowing whether you can build the piece before that window closes.
Do they sell outside Brazil?+
The store sells in Brazil, where the company behind the site, Benoit Eletrodomésticos LTDA, is registered, and prices are quoted in reais for that market. A shopper reading from another country is looking at a price list written for a different currency and a different delivery setup, so the entry figures will not survive a conversion unchanged.
How do I get help when a delivery goes wrong?+
Questions and complaints go to the same registered company, Benoit Eletrodomésticos LTDA, through the telephone line and the email address on the service pages, with a self-serve help centre covering freight, exchanges and returns. Have your order number and the delivery date ready, since that is what a support agent needs to trace a parcel.
How long has Lojas Benoit been trading?+
It has been trading since 1971 and operates as Benoit Eletrodomésticos LTDA, a registered company based in Brazil that publishes its address. For a large furniture order, that tells you which legal entity stands behind the return terms and the delivery conditions before any money changes hands.
What does Lojas Benoit actually sell?+
It sells sofas, beds, bed frames and more from a single menu, so a living room and a bedroom can be ordered in the same basket rather than across separate sites. The store pages reach past that too, with decor, garden pieces and appliances alongside, which is useful when the furniture list is only part of what a new home needs.
