Our verdict
Parrot Uncle suits shoppers in US and CA furnishing a home on a budget, with furniture prices starting at $99 and a return window of 30 days from delivery. Finance is available, though a 1 year warranty and no in-home trial sit thin against longer guarantees elsewhere in this category.

Pros and cons
Pros
- Furniture prices begin at $99, and a queen mattress is $369.
- Returns run 30 days, the same window most brands in this comparison offer.
- Finance is available, so a sofa or bed can be split into monthly payments rather than one large outlay.
- The range covers sofas, armchairs and beds, so most of a room can be ordered from one storefront.
- Mattresses carry certipur us certification and come in soft, medium firm and firm feels.
Cons
- The warranty is 1 year, short against the 5 year median for brands in this group.
- Assembly is not included, so the sofas, armchairs and beds listed in sofas, armchairs and beds arrive for the customer to build.
Who it suits
- Shoppers in US and CA buying sofas, beds and dining at entry prices starting at $99.
- Anyone who wants a long decision window, with a return period of 30 days.
- Mattress buyers who want memory foam, hybrid and innerspring builds in soft, medium firm and firm feels.
Who should look elsewhere
- Shoppers who want bedding next to furniture: Pottery Barn lists bedding within furniture, beds and bedding, a category Parrot Uncle's furniture, beds and kitchen leaves out.
- Buyers whose list is office furniture only: buerostuhl24 Bürostühle und Büromöbel is built around furniture, while Parrot Uncle's sofas, armchairs and beds are home and outdoor pieces.
- Shoppers buying for decor-led rooms rather than broad category coverage: Ballard Designs pairs furniture and decor against Parrot Uncle's wider furniture, beds and kitchen.
Core features
Returns run 30 days from delivery, which matches the window most furniture and home stores offer, so a sofa that looks right online still has time to be judged in a living room. Finance is available, and that is the part worth reading closely. It spreads the price of a piece across monthly payments, which lowers the amount leaving an account at entry and changes when money goes out rather than what the piece costs. For readers weighing price at entry and at renewal, there is only one price here: the furniture is bought once, nothing renews afterwards, and the return window is the only clock that runs against a purchase decision. Finance keeps a large sofa off a single payment, and the return window keeps a poor fit from being permanent.
The company behind it
Parrot Uncle trades as Eileen Grays LLC and is headquartered in the United States. It has been operating since 2013, and it carries a broad catalogue, which usually means questions arrive about delivery timing, returns and care rather than about a single product line. Customers reach the company on email, chat and phone, covering the routes people tend to use: a help centre to read, chat for a quick answer, email for paperwork and phone for anything urgent. Support breadth matters at the edges of a purchase, when a parcel problem or a return has to be raised with a named party, and Eileen Grays LLC is the name that sits behind the storefront.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a sofa cost at Parrot Uncle?+
Furniture prices begin at $99 for the cheapest piece in the range, which sits well below typical sofa spend. Finance is available, so a larger sofa or bed can be spread across monthly payments instead of one large outlay. Nothing renews after purchase, so the number to compare at entry is the one on the product page.
What does a queen mattress cost and how thick is it?+
The queen mattress in the range is $369 and stands 25.4 cm tall, which suits anyone after a thick profile. It carries certipur us certification, and the range covers memory foam, hybrid and innerspring builds so foam can be weighed against spring. A queen is the size most shared bedrooms buy, so this figure is the fairest one to compare across brands.
How long do I have to return furniture?+
The return window is 30 days from delivery, which matches what most furniture and home stores offer in this comparison. That is long enough to sleep on a bed, sit through a meal on a dining chair and judge the piece where it stands. Assembly is not included, so doorways and stairwells are worth checking in the same window.
What warranty comes with the furniture and mattresses?+
The warranty is 1 year across the range, short against the 5 year median for brands in this group. Buyers keeping a sofa or frame for a long stretch may prefer longer cover elsewhere, while buyers replacing pieces more often gain less from paying for extra protection. Terms can differ by item, so read them per product.
Is there a mattress trial period?+
No sleep trial is offered: mattress trial nights are 0 nights and in-home trial days are 0 days. The return window is the fallback, and a returned mattress counts as used, so buyers split on firmness should lean on soft, medium firm and firm options and read buyer feedback before ordering.
How fast is delivery and is it free?+
Delivery is listed at 0 weeks and free delivery is available, with the free delivery threshold at $0, so nothing needs to be spent to qualify. Speed matters more than cost here: assembly is not included, so a quick drop still leaves flat-pack building to the customer.
Which countries does Parrot Uncle ship to?+
Shipping covers US and CA. The store trades as Eileen Grays LLC and is headquartered in the United States, operating since 2013. Shoppers outside those markets will find no delivery option at checkout, so coverage is worth confirming before planning a room or ordering a large sofa.
How do I reach customer support?+
Support runs on email, chat and phone, which gives more than one way to reach the team. That matters most in the first weeks of a piece, when assembly steps, delivery timing and the 30 days return window all come into play at once. The help centre is the quickest place to check the details for any single order.
