Who it suits

  • Shoppers in the US buying sofas and beds from the same catalogue
  • Buyers who want 3 years of cover on the frame structure and foam
  • People who want $549 entry pricing with free delivery to most addresses

Who should look elsewhere

  • Buyers who need assembly finished by the delivery team
  • Shoppers outside the US, since the range reaches a single market
  • Readers whose shopping list reaches past living room seating can also weigh Bungle Nursery Cribs and buerostuhl24 Bürostühle und Büromöbel

What it does well

The protection terms are the clearest part of the offer. A limited warranty runs 3 years and covers the frame structure and foam deformation caused by manufacturing defects, which is the cover that matters most over the life of a piece. Returns are free within 30 days of the product's receipt date, so furniture that does not suit the room can go back. Delivery is free to most US addresses, and assembly sits with you rather than the team.

Pricing

Entry pricing starts at $549, the figure shown against the Fana Modular Sofa. That is the opening price for that modular piece, so a room built from several sections costs more than the headline figure. Timing carries more weight than any added charge: items in stock ship soon after ordering and arrive over a total of 3 to 4 weeks, depending on your location. Plan the arrival before you plan the rest of the room.

Who runs it

Acanva Co. is the legal entity behind the store, with its headquarters in the US at an address in Ontario, California. Support reaches you through email, chat and help centre, and returns and warranty topics have their own help area on the site. Questions are handled online rather than at a counter, so having your order details ready speeds up any answer about an order, a return or a claim.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a sofa cost at Acanva?+

Sofa pricing starts at $549, the figure shown against the Fana Modular Sofa. Treat that as the entry price for that piece rather than a whole-room budget, because larger modular layouts cost more and a full room needs several of them.

How long does delivery take?+

Items in stock ship soon after ordering and arrive over a total of 3 to 4 weeks once the order is placed, with the exact timing depending on your location. That is the window to plan a room around, especially when a move or a delivery slot has to be booked.

Is assembly included with delivery?+

Assembly is left to you rather than the delivery team, so pieces arrive needing to be put together at home. Standard free delivery is what the price covers, and the shipping terms suggest having help on hand to move furniture indoors. In stock items still land over a total of 3 to 4 weeks after ordering.

What is the return window?+

Returns are free within 30 days of the product's receipt date, counted from the day it reaches you. That is the window for checking a sofa against your space, so measure doorways and stairwells before ordering rather than after the piece arrives.

What does the warranty cover?+

The warranty is limited and runs 3 years, covering the frame structure and foam deformation caused by manufacturing defects. That is the structural cover on a sofa or bed frame, so everyday wear, tears and movement from ordinary use sit outside what it addresses.

Which addresses get free delivery?+

Acanva ships within the United States, and free delivery reaches most addresses there. Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska are excluded from that offer, which is worth knowing before you order to a remote address. For addresses outside the US, the shipping terms here do not apply.

Who runs Acanva and how do I get help?+

The store is operated by Acanva Co., with headquarters in the US and an address in Ontario, California. Questions are handled online through support channels rather than a shop counter, and returns and warranty topics have their own help area, so order details are what you will need first.

What does Acanva sell?+

The range covers sofas, armchairs, beds and more, with finishes in fabric, velvet and wood. That means a shopping list that crosses rooms can be handled in the same order, which suits readers furnishing a home in stages rather than hunting across sellers. Delivery and returns terms are the same across the catalogue.
