What it does well

You get storage that starts with the panels you already own. Plug-in home batteries accept solar input and feed household circuits, while balcony units give renters a compact path to higher self use. Smart controls watch surplus, demand and dynamic tariffs, and they coordinate with meters and smart plugs to run appliances from stored power first.

Home energy storage range

The range is built around home energy storage. Plug in batteries work alongside existing solar panels, so a home that already generates power can store more of it for later use. Portable power stations offer backup supply for a home and charge quickly when plugged in. Several products can be linked in parallel, which lets owners grow their storage over time as their needs change. The brand also presents smart charging that responds to dynamic energy tariffs, a feature suited to households on variable electricity rates.

Our full take

Anker SOLIX NL sells the Solarbank Max AC home battery for balcony solar systems and portable power stations such as the S2000. Free shipping applies above 100 euro to the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.
