Mattresses
Pros and cons
Pros
- Returns run 30 days and the in home trial lasts 30 days, so a sofa can be judged in the room it will live in.
- The range spans sofas, armchairs and beds, which is wider than sofas, armchairs and beds and beds, bed frames and armchairs in the same comparison.
- Finance is available, so a sofa or bed frame can be spread rather than paid in one sum.
- Support runs on phone, chat and email, and a price match is offered on the same terms.
- Rugs are machine washable, which suits homes with pets and children.
Cons
- Warranty cover is 1 year.
- Assembly is not included and free delivery is not offered, so both sit outside the $719 entry price.
- A return fee of $49 applies to mattress returns.
- Narrower than office chairs, gaming chairs and standing desks, which adds office and gaming chairs.
Who it suits
- Readers in the US and Canada furnishing several rooms at once
- Anyone who wants to try a mattress or sofa at home before deciding
- Shoppers who want bedding and decor in the same order as the furniture
Who should look elsewhere
- Buyers who need a made to measure option, since made to measure is not offered
- Shoppers who want free delivery included in the price
- People needing office or gaming seating that Dublino Moebel lists
What it does well
The clearest strength is the trial window. Returns run 30 days, and the in home trial gives 30 days with a Leesa mattress in the room itself, so a sofa or bed can be judged by sleeping on it rather than by a showroom visit. Assembly is not included with a delivery, but an assembly service is offered separately for anyone who would rather not build a bed frame themselves. Delivery is not free, and prices start at $719, so the total at checkout is higher than the entry figure suggests. Rugs are machine washable, which makes them easier to keep fresh in a busy home. Made to measure is not available, so sizes are fixed rather than tailored to a difficult wall or an awkward staircase.
Where it sits among rivals
On entry price, Article ranks 89 of 108 compared brands, so the $719 starting figure sits well above the middle of the group and readers paying cash for a full room should expect a large total. The return window is the stronger showing: 30 days places the brand at 29 of 106, and that matches the 30 median that dominates the comparison. Warranty cover is the weak point. At 1 year, Article ranks 57 of 78, well under the 5 median, so anyone planning to keep a sofa for a decade is buying protection elsewhere. The Leesa mattress range is memory foam only, matching memory foam, and the sleep trial of 100 days nights sits above the 60 median across the site.
Who runs it
Article trades as Trademango Solutions Inc., is headquartered in Canada, and was founded in 2013, so it is a North American retailer rather than a European one. Reach is limited to US and CA, which narrows the audience to buyers shipping within those markets. Help runs on phone, chat and email, meaning a phone call, a chat thread, an email or the help centre can all resolve a question, and a price match is offered on those terms. Finance is available at checkout for larger pieces, which spreads the cost of a sectional or a bed frame across payments.

Frequently asked questions
How long can I try a mattress at home?+
The in home trial runs 30 days, and the Leesa mattress sleep trial is 100 nights. Returns on standard pieces are allowed within 30 days. Mattress returns carry a fee of $49, which is worth weighing before ordering more than one.
How much is assembly and delivery?+
Assembly is not included with a standard delivery, though an assembly service can be added. Delivery is not free either, so the $719 entry price sits above the delivered total. Finance is available to spread the cost if the extra charges push the order higher.
Where does Article deliver?+
Article serves US and CA, and the company is headquartered in Canada. Buyers outside those markets should look elsewhere. Click and collect is not offered, so there is no store pickup route around the delivery cost.
How long is the warranty?+
Warranty cover is 1 year, which places Article at 57 of 78 compared brands. The median across the wider comparison is 5, so extended cover from another source is worth considering for a large sofa.
What kinds of furniture does Article sell?+
The range covers sofas, armchairs and beds, spanning seating, sleeping, dining, storage and outdoor pieces. Upholstery and frame materials include fabric, wood and leather. Office and gaming chairs are not part of the range, so a workspace order points to another supplier.
Is there a made to measure service?+
Made to measure is not offered, so standard sizes only. The same applies to rugs, which are machine washable but fixed in size. Buyers with an unusual room dimension should plan around the standard dimensions rather than a custom order.
What can I contact Article about?+
Help runs on phone, chat and email, so a phone call, a chat thread, an email or the help centre can all be used. A price match is offered as well, and finance is available at checkout. The brand trades as Trademango Solutions Inc. and was founded in 2013.
