Pros and cons

Pros

  • A return or an exchange can be requested within 30 days of receiving the order.
  • A limited warranty of 3 years runs from the date of receipt on components.
  • The company has focused on products meeting professional esports standards since 2014.

Cons

  • The ergonomic chair listing recommends a user weight of 150 kg, so anyone above that ceiling has to read each model's own figure.
  • Component cover lasts 3 years, so a buyer hoping for a longer promise on a mechanism has to work from the warranty wording.
  • The exchange route closes after 30 days from receipt, which is a short window for furniture you plan to live with for years.

Who it suits

  • Players who want a chair built around professional esports standards.
  • US buyers who would rather not add delivery to the order.
  • Home offices that need a desk to pair with a gaming chair.

Who should look elsewhere

  • Buyers who want a longer warranty than the 3 years promised on components.
  • Anyone heavier than the recommended user weight shown on the listings, which reaches 150 kg.
  • Readers shopping outside the US and the UK who would rather see a seller nearer home, such as Vyprodejpovleceni.

Core features

Entry pricing starts at $449.99, and every product carries its own listing, so a different model carries its own figure. Returns run for 30 days from the day the order reaches you, which gives you time to sit in a chair or stand at a desk before you decide either belongs in your room. Delivery costs nothing on all orders within the United States, and no minimum purchase is required, so nothing is tacked on after checkout for shipping. Weight deserves a close read: the ergonomic chair in its listing recommends a user weight of 150 kg. That limit belongs to the model it is printed on, so check the listing for whichever chair you pick rather than assuming it carries over. Component cover is limited to 3 years from the date you receive the product, which sets a floor under how long a frame or a mechanism is promised rather than every part of the order.

The company behind it

Terms of service name Autofull Limited as the party on the other side of an order, which matters if you ever need to read the small print or raise a dispute. The company has focused on products that meet professional esports standards since 2014, working on chairs, desks and pods, and that focus explains why the range leans toward players and home setups rather than general home furnishing. Support runs on email, chat, phone and more, so a question can reach a person on chat or by phone rather than sitting in a queue, and the help centre covers the routine parts on your own schedule. Regional site versions decide which storefront and which delivery terms you land on, so readers in different countries see different front pages. Read as a whole, that setup looks like a specialist rather than a general furniture shop, which suits a workspace built around a desk and a chair.

Frequently asked questions

What does the cheapest Autofull product cost?+

The lowest figure in the catalogue is $449.99, taken from the listing for the active cooling ergonomic chair. Each product sits on its own page with its own price, so a different model carries a different number and this one says nothing about what a desk costs.

How long do I have to return or exchange a chair?+

The return policy lets you ask for a return or an exchange within 30 days of receipt, counted from the day the product reaches you. The clock starts on arrival rather than on the order date, which keeps delivery time from eating into it.

Is delivery really free, and is there a minimum spend?+

Delivery costs nothing on all orders within the United States, and no minimum purchase is required to qualify. The price you land on at $449.99 is the price you pay, with nothing added after checkout for delivery.

What does the warranty actually cover?+

The limited warranty runs for 3 years from the date you receive your product and applies to all other components. The wording is written around components, so read the terms before assuming a chair frame or a desk mechanism carries the same promise as the parts around it.

Which countries does the site serve?+

Site versions are published for the markets in the United States and the United Kingdom, which gives you a storefront set up for your region rather than a global page for everyone. The free standard delivery offer is written for orders within the United States, so check the terms shown on your regional site first.

Who is behind the brand?+

The name on the terms of service is Autofull Limited, so that is the counterparty behind the storefront rather than a trading label alone. The company has focused on products meeting professional esports standards since 2014, working on chairs, desks and pods.

What weight can the chairs take?+

The ergonomic chair in the listing recommends a user weight of 150 kg, and that figure belongs to the model it is printed on. Weight limits sit in the specifications of each product, so check the page for the chair you are ordering rather than carrying this figure across the range.

What kinds of furniture does it sell?+

The catalogue spans gaming chairs and standing desks, built around chairs for long gaming sessions and desks that raise and lower for alternating sitting and standing. The rest of a home's furniture sits elsewhere, so a buyer furnishing a bedroom or a dining space finds little here beyond the gaming setup.
