Pros and cons
Pros
- Returns of 14 days with a return fee of PLN 0, so a sofa that does not suit the room goes back at no extra charge.
- Mattress types cover memory foam, hybrid and innerspring and firmness options run soft, medium firm and firm, so different sleepers are served in the same place.
- Finance is offered, and entry pricing is clear: sofas from PLN 1,299 and a queen mattress at PLN 2,589.
- The featured queen mattress carries oeko tex certification, the most widespread certification among the brands tracked.
- Store categories span furniture, beds and bedding and product types run to sofas, sofa beds and armchairs, so a single order can cover a whole home.
Cons
- Click and collect is listed as no and free delivery is listed as no, while 37% of the brands tracked let buyers collect.
- Assembly included is listed as no and assembly service is listed as no, against 72% of the brands tracked that will build the piece.
- The return window of 14 days is short next to Pottery Barn at 30 days and the 30 day norm across the brands tracked.
- Warranty cover of 2 years sits under the 5 year median, so a frame that fails early falls inside that period rather than beyond it.
Who it suits
- Anyone furnishing a whole home in a single order, since store categories span furniture, beds and bedding and product types run to sofas, sofa beds and armchairs.
- Mattress buyers with a fixed preference, since firmness options are soft, medium firm and firm and a queen mattress costs PLN 2,589.
- Shoppers who prefer to pay in instalments, since finance is offered, and who want to reach support by phone, chat or email.
Who should look elsewhere
- Buyers who want a long returns window should look at Pottery Barn, which allows 30 days against 14 days here.
- Office and desk buyers, since Buerostuhl24 Bürostühle und Büromöbel stays within furniture while this store runs to furniture, beds and bedding.
- Decor only shoppers will find Ballard Designs more focused, with categories of furniture and decor, while bedding and kitchen sit here alongside furniture.
What it does well
Returns run 14 days, which is the clearest thing to know before ordering. Click and collect is listed as no, so a sofa or a mattress arrives by courier rather than being gathered from a counter. Assembly service is listed as no, so frames and flat packs reach you without anyone building them. Finance is listed as yes, so a large order can be spread over instalments rather than paid in one go.
Who runs it
Bonami.pl trades as BONAMI.CZ, a.s. and is headquartered in Czechia. It was founded in 2013, so it is a long established retailer rather than a recent storefront. Support runs on email, chat and phone, so a question about an order, a delivery or a return can go to a person by email, in a live chat or over the phone, whichever suits you.

Frequently asked questions
What do sofas cost at the entry end?+
The cheap sofas and sofa bed sets start at PLN 1,299. That is the low end of the range, not the typical spend, and the same category is also offered in fabric, leather and velvet, so a fabric set sits well below a leather one. Add a mattress later and a queen costs PLN 2,589.
What does a queen mattress cost and what does it carry?+
A queen mattress is priced at PLN 2,589, and the featured model carries oeko tex certification, one of the more widespread certifications among the brands tracked. Across the mattress category you can pick from memory foam, hybrid and innerspring, so memory foam, hybrid, innerspring and latex builds all sit on the same site.
Can I try a mattress at home before I keep it?+
There is no dedicated in home trial, since in home trial days come to 0 days. What you do get is a trial period of 30 nights, with firmness options of soft, medium firm and firm, so testing happens in your own bedroom rather than in a store, under the returns terms of 14 days.
How long do I have to send something back, and is there a fee?+
You have 14 days to send an order back, and the return fee is PLN 0, so a sofa that clashes with the room does not cost you extra to return. That is shorter than the 30 days at Pottery Barn, and shorter than the 30 day norm across the brands tracked.
How long is the warranty on furniture and mattresses?+
Warranty cover runs 2 years, which is below the 5 year median across the brands tracked, where the longer policies sit well above it. A frame or a sofa that develops a problem early therefore falls inside that period, not beyond it.
Is delivery free, and can I collect an order myself?+
Free delivery is listed as no, and click and collect is listed as no, so an order is shipped to you rather than gathered from a counter, and delivery is a paid extra. For comparison, 37% of the brands tracked do offer collection, so shoppers who live near a collection point have another route to a sofa.
Is assembly included with a sofa or bed frame?+
Assembly included is listed as no and assembly service is listed as no, so a sofa or bed frame arrives in its box and is built by you or by whoever you book. Around 72% of the brands tracked offer an assembly service, so that step is worth arranging elsewhere if you are not handy.
Which countries does Bonami.pl sell and deliver to?+
The store is based in Czechia and sells into BG, HR and HU, so it serves a multi market footprint rather than a single one. Prices are quoted in PLN and delivery is arranged per order, so a buyer in another of those markets should check the carriage cost before the furniture is ordered.
