Pros and cons

Pros

  • Returns of 60 days run well past the office chair median of 30 days.
  • Entry pricing of €34.90 sits under the €95 median across tracked furniture sellers.
  • The range runs office chairs, gaming chairs and standing desks, wider on the office side than CuddleCo, whose beds, bed frames and armchairs skips office chairs.
  • Support covers email, chat and phone, so questions can go to phone or chat rather than email alone.
  • Price match and finance are both offered, and delivery is listed at 0 weeks inside DE.

Cons

  • Delivery runs in DE only, so anyone outside that single market has no route to the door.
  • Assembly included is a no, so a new chair or standing desk is built at home, with the assembly service as the alternative.
  • Click and collect is a no, so there is no branch to visit and delivery is the only route.
  • Warranty runs 2 to 10 years, and the shorter end is thin next to the 15 years reached at the top of the standing desk field.

Who it suits

  • Home office buyers wanting chairs and standing desks from one seller.
  • Budget shoppers, with entry pricing from €34.90.
  • Buyers who want a 60 day in home trial on a chair.

Who should look elsewhere

  • Anyone shopping mainly for beds and bed frames, who will find beds, bed frames and armchairs on Cuddleco closer to the brief.
  • Buyers after a sofa that converts into a bed, since sofas, sofa beds and armchairs includes sofa beds.
  • Shoppers outside DE, who should start with Dublino Moebel or CuddleCo instead.

Core features

Returns run 60 days, and the in home trial period is 60 days, so a chair can sit in the room before a decision is final. Warranty cover runs 2 to 10 years, with the length set by the piece. Assembly included is a no, so a standing desk or office chair arrives in parts and is built at home, which matters most for a sit stand frame where the columns and top have to line up. Load ratings run up to 220 kg, wide enough for heavier sitters and shared desks. The generous return and trial clocks are the standout here, so a chair bought on trial can go back on the same terms if the sitting position is wrong.

Prices

Buerostuhl24 sells furniture outright rather than by plan, so there is no renewal price to weigh after the first purchase. The number that matters at entry is €34.90, and an order is a one off cost rather than a recurring charge, so the total outlay is the figure on the product page. Delivery is listed at 0 weeks, so the purchase date is not pushed back by a long shipping window.

How it compares on our data

Delivery time ranks at 1 among 50 brands, the quickest result in the comparison. Entry price ranks at 5 of 108, putting the seller close to the cheapest end of the list. The return window ranks at 22 of 106, ahead of most rivals. Taken together the ranks describe a seller that pairs low entry cost with the fastest delivery in the set and sits toward the front for returns. These are computed positions across the brands tracked, so they say where the seller sits rather than how any individual chair performs.

The company behind it

The trading entity is HJH Office GmbH, based in Germany and trading since 2004, which makes it a long standing specialist in office and home furniture rather than a short lived reseller. Support runs on email, chat and phone, covering phone and chat alongside email and a help centre, so a question about a chair mechanism or a delivery date can go to a person. A named legal entity also means warranty and return commitments sit with a specific company, which is the practical point when a claim runs past the first year.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a chair cost at entry?+

Entry pricing starts at €34.90, which sits below the €95 median across furniture sellers tracked here. That figure covers the cheapest chair on the range rather than a typical one, so a mid range office chair costs more. Finance is available, so a larger order can be spread across payments.

How long does delivery take and where does it reach?+

Delivery time is listed at 0 weeks, the fastest result in the tracked comparison. Delivery runs in DE only, so a buyer outside that market has no shipping route to the door. Click and collect is a no as well, which leaves delivery as the only way to receive an order.

How long do I get to change my mind?+

Returns run 60 days, and the in home trial period is 60 days, so both clocks let a chair or desk be used at home before a final call. That window is longer than the office chair median of 30 days, a comfortable margin for assembled furniture.

Is assembly included in the price?+

Assembly included is a no, so a chair or standing desk arrives in parts and is built at home. An assembly service is offered for orders that would rather not do that, which is the simpler route for a sit stand desk where frame and desktop have to line up. Warranty cover of 2 to 10 years applies either way.

What does the warranty actually cover?+

Warranty cover runs 2 to 10 years, and the length varies by piece, so a chair and a storage unit can sit in different tiers. The longer end outlasts most office chair brands, while the shorter end is thin next to the 15 years reached at the top of the standing desk field. Check the tier on the product page.

Who is the seller and where is it based?+

The trading entity is HJH Office GmbH, based in Germany and trading since 2004. A named company on the imprint means guarantees sit with a specific legal person rather than a marketplace. Support runs on email, chat and phone, so questions before and after an order have a phone, chat, email and help centre route.

Can I collect an order instead of having it delivered?+

Click and collect is a no, so there is no branch to visit and nothing to pick up in person. The store category is furniture, which points to a furniture range sold online rather than a shop network. Delivery stays the only route, at 0 weeks inside DE.

How wide is the range and what is it made of?+

The range runs office chairs, gaming chairs and standing desks, covering the home office brief from gaming chairs to standing desks, then sofas, dining, storage and outdoor furniture. Materials listed are fabric, leather and metal, so fabric and leather covers sit alongside wood, rattan and aluminium frames. Chair load ratings reach 220 kg, which suits a shared desk.
