What it offers

DOWINX’s catalog includes heated-massage, executive and ergonomic chair series, plus named models such as LS-66W9A and LS-66D38 Pro. A customer review on the page describes a backrest reclining to 135°; that observation is model-specific feedback, not a specification for every chair. The company states that direct purchases through its website have a two-year limited warranty from the original purchase date and that defects returned within 30 days qualify for a full refund. It says orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and standard delivery usually takes approximately 3-7 business days after dispatch. Check the chosen chair’s dimensions, adjustments and current terms.
