Who runs it
NaturStrom is run by naturstrom AG, based in Germany and trading since 1998. It is a green electricity company, and the balcony solar range is sold alongside that supply rather than as a standalone hardware shop. Support runs on email, phone and help centre, so buyers can reach a person by phone or email, or work through the help centre before ordering.

Frequently asked questions
How much does NaturStrom balcony solar cost?+
The range starts at €224.10. For context, the median entry price across the category is €219.23, and lower-priced options start around €134.65. NaturStrom sits close to the middle of that field.
What can a NaturStrom balcony system generate?+
The listed maximum solar input is 1,600 W. That figure describes the input ceiling for the array, not a home battery, since the range covers balcony solar only.
Which countries does NaturStrom sell in?+
The company sells in Germany, its home market. It is registered in Germany as naturstrom AG. Shoppers based elsewhere would need to check delivery to their address before ordering.
How do I get help from NaturStrom?+
Support runs on email, phone and help centre. You can call, send email, or use the help centre for setup questions. The help centre is the quickest starting point for a plug-in balcony unit.
Does NaturStrom sell home batteries as well?+
The listed product types are balcony solar, so storage is not part of this range. If you need stored power, Datouboss lists power station and home battery, and ALLPOWERS covers power station, solar generator and home battery for a wider comparison.
Who is behind NaturStrom?+
NaturStrom is naturstrom AG, a German company founded in 1998 and registered in Germany. The balcony solar range comes from an established green electricity supplier rather than a new hardware brand.
Is NaturStrom a good name for a green energy company?+
It is a long-running supplier: 1998 is the founding year, and the company trades as naturstrom AG in Germany. If you want a broader hardware shop instead, ALLPOWERS lists power station, solar generator and home battery.
