Our verdict
Secretlab sells a narrow line of gaming chairs and standing desks from a Singapore base, shipping across Asia, Europe and North America. It suits buyers pairing a desk and chair from one brand who can live with email and help centre support, and standing desk entry prices on the site sit at €184.15.

Pros and cons
Pros
- The listed markets run SG, MY and KR, spreading delivery across Asia, Europe and North America rather than a single market.
- Finance is available at checkout, and standing desk sellers on the site mostly offer it too (100%).
- The range of gaming chairs and standing desks is tight, so a gaming chair and a standing desk can be matched at the same seller, which the broader catalogues of Dublino Moebel and Garvee do not centre on.
- Support reaches buyers through a help centre, the route listed for most office chair brands on the site (91.2%).
Cons
- Assembly service is no, so the standing desk and gaming chair in gaming chairs and standing desks arrive as parts to build at home.
- Click and collect is no, so a same-day pickup is not part of the offer and delivery is the only route.
- Support runs on email and help centre only, with no phone line, while phone is the listed route for 67.6% of office chair brands.
- The catalogue is limited to gaming chairs and standing desks, so a bedroom or living room needs another seller; Dublino Moebel lists sofas, armchairs and beds.

Who it suits
- Gamers who sit for long sessions and want a chair and a desk from the same maker.
- Buyers in the store's listed markets, SG, MY and KR, who are happy ordering from a Singapore seller.
- People comfortable writing to email and help centre for help and assembling their own desk.
Who should look elsewhere
- Whole-home shoppers: Dublino Moebel lists sofas, armchairs and beds, so sofas and beds come from one seller.
- Buyers who want collection or room placement: click and collect is no and assembly service is no at Secretlab, while Garvee carries sofas, sofa beds and armchairs in one catalogue.
- Shoppers who want the broadest single-seller desk and chair choice: buerostuhl24 covers office chairs, gaming chairs and standing desks.
The company behind it
Secretlab sells as Secretlab SG Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore, so the contract sits with a named Singapore business rather than a marketplace or an unnamed reseller. Support runs on email and help centre: a help centre for written guidance on products and orders, and email for account questions. No phone line, chat channel or counter service is listed, so buyers with a fault to talk through will be writing and waiting for a reply. That arrangement suits buyers who are comfortable reading documentation, and suits sellers of a narrow range where the same questions get asked often.
How Secretlab compares
Its range is sofas, armchairs and beds, which suits buyers after a sofa, armchair or bed rather than a desk and gaming chair.
Frequently asked questions
Who actually sells the chairs and desks?+
Orders are placed with Secretlab SG Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore. You are contracting with that named business rather than a marketplace or a third-party reseller, and its terms and conditions are the ones attached to your purchase.
Which countries does Secretlab ship to?+
The store lists its markets as SG, MY and KR, spanning parts of Asia, Europe and North America. Because the range of destinations is set in one place rather than market by market, buyers outside that list should check their own address before ordering.
What does Secretlab actually sell?+
The product types are gaming chairs and standing desks, so the choice is focused on a gaming chair and a standing desk. The store category is listed as furniture, which confirms the business is a furniture seller rather than a general home goods retailer.
Is the desk delivered assembled?+
Assembly service is no, so the standing desk and the gaming chair in gaming chairs and standing desks arrive as parts. Budget for building the frame yourself, or arranging a local fitter, rather than expecting a technician with the delivery.
Can I pick the order up in person?+
Click and collect is no, so there is no pickup counter to visit. The order has to be delivered to you, and if you need it working that day, delivery timing matters more than it would at a seller with a collection point.
Can I spread the cost of a chair or desk?+
Finance is available, so a large chair or desk order can be split into instalments instead of paid in one go. It is a common option on the site, where 100% of standing desk brands also offer finance.
How do I get help after ordering?+
Support runs on email and help centre, meaning a help centre and email. A help centre is the most common support route among office chair brands listed on the site (91.2%), so written answers are the normal channel here.
Does it sell beds and sofas too?+
No. The store category is furniture and the product range is gaming chairs and standing desks, so a bedroom or living room order belongs with a different seller. A one-seller basket for the whole home means looking at Dublino Moebel or Garvee instead.
