Yard Mastery review

Equipment starts at $39.99, and the collection it comes from carries garden tools only, so the entry price covers hand tools rather than a machine. On price from, that entry point sits at position 10 of 20 brands in the comparison, which places it in the middle of the field rather than at the budget floor.

No mower sits in the range. The equipment collection lists garden tools, while DeWalt lists lawn mower, ride on mower and trimmer and Exmark lists lawn mower, ride on mower and robot mower, so mowing sits elsewhere. That shapes the shop: handy for borders, beds and containers, but a mower, trimmer or chainsaw has to come from another brand, and hand tools rarely overlap between the two ranges.

The market list is US, and the company behind the shop is based in the United States, so buying, delivery terms and warranty service are written for a single country. If you sit outside that market, check delivery options before ordering, since a heavier order or a later fault can turn awkward when seller and courier work in different countries.

Support runs on email and help centre, so questions go by email or through help-centre articles, and no phone line appears in the list. Plan on a written answer rather than a call. The articles also settle a good share of ordering, care and setup questions before you write, which suits anyone comfortable reading rather than ringing a company about a fault.

The legal entity is Yard Mastery, Inc., headquartered in the United States. A named company rather than a marketplace of sellers matters once a tool needs attention: a warranty question or a return goes to an identifiable business in the country you bought from, which keeps the route straightforward and keeps buyer and seller the same party.

DeWalt covers a much wider outdoor range, listing lawn mower, ride on mower and trimmer against Yard Mastery's garden tools. Yard Mastery is the narrower shop with an entry point of $39.99 and support on email and help centre. DeWalt is where to go when you want a mower, a chainsaw or a pressure washer instead, and Yard Mastery is where you top up on hand tools.

Start with the range. Toolineo lists robot mower, lawn mower and trimmer and Exmark lists lawn mower, ride on mower and robot mower, so both reach into machines that Yard Mastery's garden tools does not cover. If hand tools are all you need, the comparison narrows to the entry price of $39.99 and the support routes in email and help centre, where Yard Mastery keeps things simple.
