Our verdict

Revival Rugs suits US buyers who want a made to measure rug that can go in the machine and be returned within 30 days. The $0 delivery threshold and a cost score of 9.6 make it the value pick, though US limits it to a single market.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • Made to measure rugs are available, a service the listed alternatives do not offer.
  • Machine washable rugs mean cleaning at home rather than professional cleaning.
  • Free delivery at a $0 threshold removes the shipping charge on a typical order.
  • A 30 days return window sits above the 28 floor in this ranking.
  • wool, jute and polyester in wool, jute and polyester covers natural and synthetic choices.

Cons

  • US covers the US only, so buyers elsewhere need a store that ships to them.
  • Support runs on help centre only, narrower than the mix at most stores.
  • rugs, washable rugs and decor stays in decor, so a wider home order has to come from a broader store such as VEVOR.

Who it suits

  • US buyers fitting an awkward room who need a made to measure size
  • Renters and families who want rugs they can machine wash
  • Shoppers who would rather not pay a delivery charge on a large order

Who should look elsewhere

  • Buyers outside the US, since US lists a single market
  • Shoppers wanting furniture or lighting in the same order, where VEVOR covers rugs, washable rugs and lighting

Core features

Made to measure is offered, so a rug can be sized to a room rather than chosen from fixed sizes, and machine washable rugs mean cleaning happens at home instead of at a specialist. The range spans rugs, washable rugs and decor in wool, jute and polyester, and returns run 30 days. A window of 30 days gives time to judge colour and pile in a room's own light, which matters most for the wool and jute options. Only decor is sold, so this is a rug order rather than a whole home order.

The company behind it

The company is headquartered in the United States and ships to US. Support runs on help centre, so questions go through written help rather than a call or a live chat, which matters if you need an answer before ordering a made to measure rug. The US base also keeps returns and delivery terms in a single market, so the 30 days window and the $0 delivery threshold are the terms to read closely.

How Revival Rugs compares

Frequently asked questions

How long do I have to return a rug?+

Returns run 30 days from delivery, as set out in the refund policy rather than on each product page. That window sits above the 28 floor in this ranking, so a rug that looks wrong in daylight still has time to come back. Made to measure orders fall under the same 30 days window.

Does Revival Rugs charge for delivery?+

Free delivery applies at a $0 threshold, so orders at or above that amount ship with no delivery charge. Below it, a fee applies. For a rug, a single made to measure piece can already sit above the threshold, so the $0 figure often decides between two stores rather than two products.

Can I get a rug made to my room size?+

Made to measure is offered, so you can order to the dimensions of a specific room rather than a standard size. This is the clearest difference from Garvee, which lists rugs and washable rugs of rugs and washable rugs without a custom option. Custom sizing earns its place in a narrow or awkward space.

Can I wash these rugs in a washing machine?+

Machine washable rugs are part of the range, which suits homes with children or pets and saves a trip to a professional cleaner. The wool, jute and polyester list mixes wool, jute and polyester, and care instructions vary by fibre, so check the specific rug. Jute is the one to read the instructions for.

Where does Revival Rugs deliver?+

Delivery covers US, and the company is headquartered in the United States. That is a single market, so anyone outside the US needs a different store. VEVOR is the listed alternative with a wider home range, though its rugs, washable rugs and lighting spread means buying from a general retailer rather than a rug specialist.

How do I get help if something goes wrong?+

Support runs on help centre, so questions go through a help centre rather than by phone or live chat. For a made to measure rug, ordering questions are worth raising before you commit, since dimensions are harder to change once work starts. Written help suits queries you can describe in full.

What materials are the rugs made from?+

The range uses wool, jute and polyester, giving a natural and a synthetic option. Wool suits a room where longevity and feel matter, jute gives a looser weave at a lower outlay, and polyester is the easiest to wash. The mix also means price points vary widely across the range rather than sitting at one level.

What else does the store sell besides rugs?+

The range is rugs, washable rugs and decor and the store category is decor, so this is a decor specialist and a whole room needs a second store. Canvasdiscount.com covers wall art, rugs and decor with wall art and rugs, while VEVOR covers rugs, washable rugs and lighting across rugs, lighting, curtains and blinds.
