Our verdict

Almost Heaven Saunas suits buyers in the US who want saunas and cold plunges from one maker and care more about long cover than a low entry price. The lifetime warranty is the standout, and $4,036.50 sets the floor. Delivery sits outside the price.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • Lifetime warranty, ranking 1 of 18 brands on cover length, so the buy is protected for longer than most.
  • sauna, infrared sauna and cold plunge all sold under one roof, where Lay-Z-Spa lists hot tub, inflatable hot tub and cold plunge, so heat and cold come from a single supplier.
  • Room for 8 people, ranking 4 of 21 brands on maximum seats, which suits a family or shared garden.
  • Finance is available, so the $4,036.50 entry point can be spread rather than paid upfront.
  • Support runs on phone, email and chat, giving several routes for questions before and after a build.

Cons

  • Delivery included: no, so the $4,036.50 entry price does not cover getting a unit to the property.
  • Plug and play: no, against a group where 81.2% is 81.2% of brands, so setup is part of the job.
  • Entry price of $4,036.50 ranks 18 of 25, so budget shoppers start further down the list.
  • US only, so anyone outside the US looks at a different set of sellers entirely.

Who it suits

  • Buyers who want a sauna and a cold plunge handled by one maker, given sauna, infrared sauna and cold plunge sit together in the range.
  • Owners with room for a larger cabin, since the range takes 8 people and covers lifetime cover.
  • Shoppers who put warranty length ahead of entry price, and will accept paying $4,036.50 rather than starting lower.

Who should look elsewhere

  • Budget first buyers, because $4,036.50 ranks 18 of 25 rather than sitting at the budget end of the table.
  • Anyone outside US, since the range ships in a single market.
  • Buyers wanting a plug and play setup, since plug and play is not part of the range.

Where it sits among rivals

The $4,036.50 entry point puts Almost Heaven Saunas at 18 of 25 brands on price, so it lands mid table rather than at the budget end. Capacity is the stronger showing: room for 8 people ranks 4 of 21, near the top of the range. Cover is the standout, with lifetime warranty placing it 1 of 18 on that measure. Buyers paying attention to what lasts will find more here than buyers watching the ticket price.

What it does well

The range spans sauna, infrared sauna and cold plunge, so heat and cold can come from one maker. The largest units seat 8 people, and a barrel sauna in the range runs a 8 to 9 kW heater. Cover is the headline: lifetime warranty sits far above the group median of 4 years. Finance is available, which spreads the $4,036.50 entry point. Two things are not handled for you: delivery is not included in the listed price, and the units are not plug and play, so setup needs attention.

Who runs it

The business trades as Almost Heaven Saunas LLC, is based in the United States and has been running since 1977, so it is an established name rather than a recent seller. Support runs on phone, email and chat, which covers a help centre, chat, email and phone, so a buyer can pick the route that suits a question. The strength of the support setup matters most on bigger builds, where the delivery and setup gaps are felt.

Frequently asked questions

What does Almost Heaven Saunas cost?+

Entry sits at $4,036.50, which places the brand 18 of 25 on price, so it is a mid table entry rather than the cheapest on the list. Finance is available, which can spread that entry point over time. Delivery is not included in the listed price.

What does the warranty cover?+

The warranty is lifetime, which ranks 1 of 18 brands and sits well above the group median of 4 years. On longer cover, this is the clearest reason to pick the brand. It matters most on barrel and cabin builds, where heaters and timber age fastest.

How big are the saunas?+

The largest units seat 8 people, which ranks 4 of 21 brands on maximum seating. Heater output on a barrel sauna in the range runs 8 to 9 kW. Expect to plan floor space and a clear route for delivery before choosing.

Do the units come ready to use?+

No, they are not plug and play, so setup and connection are part of the job. Across the sauna and cold plunge group, 81.2% is 81.2% of brands, so a professional install is common. Delivery is also not included in the listed price.

Where can I buy from Almost Heaven Saunas?+

The range ships in the United States, so it is a single market operation. Buyers elsewhere will need a different seller. Support is reachable on phone, email and chat if you need to confirm coverage for your address before ordering.

Who is behind the brand?+

The business trades as Almost Heaven Saunas LLC and is based in the United States, with a founding year of 1977. That length of trading is useful context for a large purchase. Questions go to phone, email and chat.

Can I buy a cold plunge as well as a sauna?+

Yes. The range covers sauna, infrared sauna and cold plunge, so heat and cold sit under one maker. That is convenient if you want both without dealing with two suppliers. If you only want water, a hot tub specialist may fit more closely.
