Our verdict

Artsauna suits buyers across Germany and nearby Europe who want hot tubs and saunas in a single catalog at a modest entry point, with prices starting at €949.99. Plug and play setup and a range covering hot tub, sauna and infrared sauna make it a straightforward option, backed by a 2 years warranty.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • A single catalog covers hot tub, sauna and infrared sauna, so a hot tub and a sauna can come from the same seller.
  • Prices start at €949.99 and the range is plug and play, so no install crew is needed on top.
  • Seating reaches 8 people, so a group fits without stepping up to an oversized unit.
  • Support runs on email, phone and help centre, giving phone and email contact alongside a help centre.
  • Orders ship across DE, FR and NL, which covers the main central European markets.

Cons

  • The warranty runs 2 years, so cover stops early on a product you expect to keep for years.
  • Delivery is not included, so the entry price of €949.99 is the cost before transport.
  • Finance is not offered, so the full €949.99 has to be found up front.
  • hot tub, sauna and infrared sauna leaves out a swim spa, which hot tub, inflatable hot tub and swim spa includes.

Who it suits

  • Buyers in Germany, FR and NL who want hot tubs and saunas from one seller.
  • Families or groups who need roomy seating, since capacity reaches 8 people.
  • Anyone who wants plug and play setup instead of a fixed installation.

Who should look elsewhere

  • Lay-Z-Spa buyers after a cold plunge, since hot tub, inflatable hot tub and cold plunge lists one and hot tub, sauna and infrared sauna does not.
  • Saunaloft shoppers planning a swim spa, which sits in hot tub, inflatable hot tub and swim spa but not in hot tub, sauna and infrared sauna.
  • Wave Spas Main buyers who want a hot tub only focus, since hot tub and inflatable hot tub stays on hot tubs and inflatable hot tubs.

Core features

Everything in the range is sold as plug and play, so setup does not depend on a specialist install crew. The outdoor whirlpool line seats up to 8 people, and the heater on the Oasis whirlpool is rated at 2 kW. The warranty runs 2 years. Delivery is not included in the listed price, and finance is not offered, so the purchase price is the figure to plan around with transport on top.

How it compares on our data

On price from, Artsauna places at 9 of 25 brands, so the entry price reads as mid field rather than a standout. Seating is the stronger number: 4 of 21 puts capacity near the front. Warranty length lands at 11 of 18, below the midpoint of the field.

The company behind it

Artsauna is sold by Juskys Gruppe GmbH, headquartered in Germany and trading since 2007. A named company means the order sits with a legal entity rather than only a web address. Support runs on email, phone and help centre, which covers phone and email as well as a help centre for setup questions.

Frequently asked questions

What does an Artsauna hot tub or sauna cost at entry?+

Prices start at €949.99 for the range, which covers hot tub, sauna and infrared sauna. That is the figure shown at the entry point, and it is an upfront outlay rather than a monthly charge. Plan for transport on top, since delivery is not included in the listed price.

Is delivery included in the price?+

Delivery is not included, so the entry price of €949.99 covers the unit only. Support runs on email, phone and help centre, so it is worth asking what transport to your address would add before you order, especially for a full sized whirlpool that has to reach a garden or terrace.

Can I pay for an Artsauna tub in instalments?+

Finance is not offered through the brand, so there is no monthly plan to spread the cost. That makes the entry price of €949.99 the full figure you need ready at purchase, and it makes the shorter warranty of 2 years more noticeable if something fails early.

How many people fit in an Artsauna whirlpool?+

Seating reaches 8 people on the largest units, which is generous for family use and for anyone hosting outdoors. The heater on the Oasis outdoor whirlpool is rated at 2 kW, so the range covers both compact and larger garden formats.

How long is the Artsauna warranty?+

The warranty runs 2 years, which sits at the hot tub field median of 2. That cover handles the early years of ownership rather than a long tail, so buyers who plan to keep a tub for years should ask what happens once it ends.

Which countries does Artsauna ship to?+

Orders go to DE, FR and NL, with the business based in Germany. That puts most of continental Europe within reach, and a buyer in the UK falls outside that list, so it is worth checking before ordering anything large.

Do Artsauna units need a professional installation?+

Plug and play is listed as yes, so the range is designed to be set up without specialist work before you fill the water. The heater on the Oasis outdoor whirlpool runs at 2 kW. Support runs on email, phone and help centre if you want guidance on siting and power supply before the unit arrives.

Who is behind Artsauna and how do I reach them?+

The seller is Juskys Gruppe GmbH, headquartered in Germany and trading since 2007. Support runs on email, phone and help centre, so a question about a unit can go by phone or email as well as through the help centre, and a named company gives you something concrete to deal with.
