Our verdict on each
Artsauna
Artsauna suits buyers across Germany and nearby Europe who want hot tubs and saunas in a single catalog at a modest entry point, with prices starting at €949.99. Plug and play setup and a range covering hot tub, sauna and infrared sauna make it a straightforward option, backed by a 2 years warranty.
Spadeluxe
Spadeluxe suits German home owners who want a fixed, high-capacity setup rather than a cheap inflatable, and it sells into DE only. It trades entry price for build quality, with 10 years of cover and seating for 7 people behind every tub.

Pros and cons
Artsauna
Pros
- A single catalog covers hot tub, sauna and infrared sauna, so a hot tub and a sauna can come from the same seller.
- Prices start at €949.99 and the range is plug and play, so no install crew is needed on top.
- Seating reaches 8 people, so a group fits without stepping up to an oversized unit.
Cons
- The warranty runs 2 years, so cover stops early on a product you expect to keep for years.
- Delivery is not included, so the entry price of €949.99 is the cost before transport.
- Finance is not offered, so the full €949.99 has to be found up front.
Spadeluxe
Pros
- Warranty of 10 years runs well past the hot-tub median of 2, the strongest point on the page.
- Finance and included delivery together mean the €5,238 entry price can be spread with no separate freight line.
- Plug and play tubs with a heater of 3 to 5.25 kW keep commissioning work down.
Cons
- The infrared cabin entry price of €5,238 puts Spadeluxe at 22 of 25 brands on price from, so it needs justifying against cheaper shells.
- It sells into DE only, so anyone outside that market has no route to a dealer.
- Support runs on email, phone and help centre only, with no live chat in that set.
Who each suits
Artsauna
Who it suits
- Buyers in Germany, FR and NL who want hot tubs and saunas from one seller.
- Families or groups who need roomy seating, since capacity reaches 8 people.
- Anyone who wants plug and play setup instead of a fixed installation.
Who should look elsewhere
- Lay-Z-Spa buyers after a cold plunge, since hot tub, inflatable hot tub and cold plunge lists one and hot tub, sauna and infrared sauna does not.
- Saunaloft shoppers planning a swim spa, which sits in hot tub, inflatable hot tub and swim spa but not in hot tub, sauna and infrared sauna.
- Wave Spas Main buyers who want a hot tub only focus, since hot tub and inflatable hot tub stays on hot tubs and inflatable hot tubs.
Spadeluxe
Who it suits
- German home owners who want a fixed shell tub with 7 people seats and a 10 years warranty behind it.
- Buyers who want tubs and saunas from the same seller, given a hot tub, swim spa and sauna range.
- Anyone who would rather spread the €5,238 outlay, since finance is available and delivery is included.
Who should look elsewhere
- Lay-Z-Spa, whose hot tub, inflatable hot tub and cold plunge range is built around inflatable formats and a cold plunge, so it suits buyers after a portable tub rather than a fixed shell.
- Saunaloft, whose hot tub, inflatable hot tub and swim spa range adds inflatable hot tubs to the same hot-tub, swim-spa and sauna core.
- Wave Spas Main, whose hot tub and inflatable hot tub range is limited to hot tubs, so the sauna and swim-spa side sits elsewhere.

Questions about each
Artsauna
What does an Artsauna hot tub or sauna cost at entry?+
Prices start at €949.99 for the range, which covers hot tub, sauna and infrared sauna. That is the figure shown at the entry point, and it is an upfront outlay rather than a monthly charge. Plan for transport on top, since delivery is not included in the listed price.
Is delivery included in the price?+
Delivery is not included, so the entry price of €949.99 covers the unit only. Support runs on email, phone and help centre, so it is worth asking what transport to your address would add before you order, especially for a full sized whirlpool that has to reach a garden or terrace.
Spadeluxe
What does a Spadeluxe spa cost to start with?+
The listed entry price is €5,238 for the infrared cabin range, which puts Spadeluxe at 22 of 25 brands on price from. Delivery is included, so the figure carries no separate freight line. Finance is available if that outlay needs spreading rather than paying in a single hit.
Where can Spadeluxe deliver?+
Spadeluxe sells into DE, and delivery is included on that route. The support team and the legal entity sit in the same country, which keeps the chain short for a heavy, bulky product. Buyers outside that market would need to look elsewhere, since DE is the only stated route.
