Our verdict
Bestway Europe, founded in 1994 and based in Italy, sells inflatable hot tubs only, so the range is narrow by design. It suits buyers after a portable spa who are happy with support on email and help centre rather than a phone line on a full tub.

Who runs it
Bestway is the name you meet at the checkout, and the company behind it is Bestway Europe S.p.A., registered in Italy. It was founded in 1994, which makes it a long standing maker of outdoor leisure kit rather than a recent seller of inflatables, and it means your terms, warranty paperwork and support requests all point at a named company rather than an anonymous marketplace stall. Support runs on email and help centre, which is email and a help centre. That is a written, searchable route to an answer, and it suits owners who would rather read a reply than sit in a hold queue. It is also a quieter relationship than a staffed phone line, so if you expect to talk a fault through on a tub that is already full of water, plan for that. The registration country counts for anyone ordering from elsewhere, because deliveries, returns and warranty claims are handled by a company based in Italy rather than in your own country.
