Our verdict

DORMITY suits Spain and Andorra sleepers who want a long trial and four mattress builds at a middling price. Its 120 nights trial outranks Coop Sleep Goods and Newton Baby, and the €899 queen sits under the site median. The catch is the €100 return charge.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • A 120 nights trial, longer than the 100 nights at Coop Sleep Goods and the 100 nights at Newton Baby
  • Queen price of €899 under the site median of €1,001.89
  • Four mattress types in memory foam, innerspring and hybrid cover most sleeping preferences, while Eve Sleep lists only hybrid and memory foam
  • Old mattress removal is available, a service most brands in the category skip
  • Warranty of 10 years sits above the site median of 5

Cons

  • Free delivery is not offered, so orders under €300 carry a delivery charge
  • The return fee of €100 applies even during the 120 nights trial, which cuts into the value of testing a mattress
  • The queen price ranks 24 of 50 brands, so it is not a standout on entry cost
  • In-home trial days are 0 days, so the trial depends on you shipping the mattress back rather than someone collecting it

Who it suits

  • Sleepers in Spain and Andorra, the markets DORMITY serves, who can cover delivery charges under €300
  • Anyone who wants 120 nights on a mattress before deciding
  • Shoppers who need memory-foam, innerspring, hybrid or latex from the same supplier

Who should look elsewhere

  • Shoppers wanting free delivery, since free delivery is not offered below €300
  • Buyers who want someone to collect the mattress from home, since in-home trial days are 0 days
  • Those wanting to compare a different build, since Eve Sleep lists hybrid and memory foam and no latex or innerspring

How it compares on our data

DORMITY sits well ahead of the field on trial length and mid-table on everything price related. On trial nights it ranks 9 of 83 brands tracked, ahead of the 100 nights trial at Coop Sleep Goods and the 100 nights trial at Newton Baby. On queen price it ranks 24 of 50, so entry cost is competitive rather than cheap. Warranty years land at 26 of 73, which is mid-field against brands ranging from 0.25 to 99. The overall score of 8.7 splits into 8.6 on cost and 8.8 on offer, so the offer carries the rating.

Prices

There is a single figure to hold on to: the queen mattress is €899. That sits below the site median of €1,001.89 and under the mattresses ranking median of €1,079.06, in a category that runs from €109.62 at the floor to €5,173.20 at the top. The catch is the return fee of €100, charged when a mattress comes back after the trial. A buyer who tests the mattress and keeps it pays nothing, while one who sends it back is left with that charge on top of the original purchase. The wider bedding range is priced separately, with the €14 starting point for pillows.

Core features

The headline feature is the 120 night trial, which is where DORMITY separates itself from the brands next to it. In-home trial days are 0 days, so the trial works through returns rather than a collector taking the mattress away. Warranty cover runs 10 years, above the site median of 5 and matching the median in the mattresses ranking of 10. Delivery is not free: the threshold for free delivery sits at €300, and below it a charge applies. Old mattress removal is included, which many brands in this category do not offer.

The company behind it

DORMITY is sold by SUEÑOS LOGÍSTICA, S.L., registered in Spain, with a headquarters in Spain. It sells into ES and AD, so buyers outside Spain and Andorra would find delivery and returns harder to arrange. Support runs through email, phone and help centre, which covers a help centre, email and phone. There are no certifications listed for the range, so buyers who want a named certification on the label should ask before ordering. The legal entity sits behind a single market rather than a broad international footprint.

Frequently asked questions

How much is a DORMITY queen mattress?+

The queen mattress is priced at €899. That figure sits below the site median of €1,001.89, though brand queen prices on the site run from €109.62 to €5,173.20. Budget for a delivery charge unless your order clears €300.

How long is the DORMITY trial period?+

DORMITY offers 120 trial nights, which is longer than the 100 nights trial at Coop Sleep Goods and the 100 nights trial at Newton Baby. In-home trial days are 0 days, so returning the mattress is what ends the trial rather than an in-person collection.

Is there a fee to return a DORMITY mattress?+

Yes, a return fee of €100 applies. It is charged when a mattress is sent back rather than kept, so the trial is free to use as long as the mattress stays. Free delivery is not offered, and the threshold for it sits at €300.

What mattress types does DORMITY sell?+

The range covers memory foam, innerspring and hybrid. That is broader than Eve Sleep, which lists hybrid and memory foam. Across the site, memory-foam and hybrid are the most common builds, and latex is among the less frequent.

Which countries does DORMITY deliver to?+

DORMITY sells into ES and AD, so delivery is arranged for Spain and Andorra. The company behind the store is SUEÑOS LOGÍSTICA, S.L. with a headquarters in Spain. Buyers in other countries would need to check delivery and return terms before ordering.

How long is the DORMITY warranty?+

Warranty cover runs 10 years on the mattress range. That is longer than the site median of 5 and level with the mattresses ranking median of 10. Brand warranty lengths on the site range from 0.25 to 99.

What support can I get from DORMITY?+

Support runs through email, phone and help centre, which means a help centre, email and phone. Phone support is less common across mattress brands than email and help centre content, and it is useful when a trial return needs sorting out within 14 days.

Does DORMITY deliver and remove old mattresses?+

Old mattress removal is included, which is a service a minority of the brands in this category offer. Delivery itself is not free: free delivery starts at €300, and the site median for delivery times is 0 weeks.
