Our verdict

Mozart Bett suits buyers in Germany and Austria who want a long trial at home, free delivery and returns at no charge, and a choice of firmness. The trade off is a narrow catalogue: hybrid and innerspring mattresses, sheets and toppers, and a trial of 30 days nights.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • A 30 night trial with 30 days at home means the mattress is judged on a real bed for weeks rather than minutes.
  • Delivery is free at a €0 threshold, so no order value has to be reached before the mattress arrives.
  • Returns run 30 days and the return charge is €0, so a change of mind costs nothing to send back.
  • Firmness runs to medium, medium firm and firm, so a buyer can move between a softer and a firmer feel instead of taking what the range offers.
  • Support runs on chat, email and phone, so a question about firmness, delivery or a return does not have to wait for email.

Cons

  • The range is hybrid and innerspring mattresses and sheets and toppers, so a foam line sits outside it while Eve Sleep sells hybrid and memory foam.
  • The catalogue runs in DE and AT, so a reader shopping outside those markets is not covered by these terms.
  • Assembly included reads no, so a frame or bed is put together by the customer after 3 to 4 weeks delivery.
  • A 30 night trial is shorter than 100 nights at Coop Sleep Goods and 100 nights at Newton Baby.

Who it suits

  • Buyers in DE and AT who want delivery and returns handled at no charge and a trial that runs at home.
  • Side sleepers who want to choose between medium, medium firm and firm rather than settle for a single feel.
  • Shoppers who judge a mattress over weeks at home and value 30 trial nights alongside 3 to 4 weeks delivery.

Who should look elsewhere

  • Buyers who want a longer trial, since Coop Sleep Goods offers 100 nights and Newton Baby 100 nights.
  • Shoppers set on memory foam, because Eve Sleep's range is hybrid and memory foam while this one is hybrid and innerspring.
  • Anyone outside DE and AT, where the range and its 30 days return window do not apply.

What it does well

The strongest part of the offer is time on the mattress. A 30 night trial is offered, and 30 days of it can be spent at home, so the decision is made on the bed it will actually be used in rather than on a showroom floor. That window sits below 100 nights at Coop Sleep Goods and 100 nights at Newton Baby, so it reads as a solid offer rather than a differentiator. Cost around it is light. Delivery is free with a €0 threshold, so nothing has to be spent to reach it, and a return costs €0 inside a 30 days window. The catalogue itself is tight, running to hybrid and innerspring mattresses plus sheets and toppers, with medium, medium firm and firm firmness levels and 3 to 4 weeks delivery. Assembly included reads no, so a frame is put together after it arrives.

Who runs it

Mozart Bett is run by Comfort One GmbH, registered and based in Germany, and founded in 2021, so it is a young operation rather than a long established bedding house. It sells into DE and AT. Support is the widest part of the picture, running on chat, email and phone, so a question about firmness, delivery timing or a return does not have to wait on a written reply. Textiles carry oeko tex certification across fabric, velvet and wood, which is a material level mark rather than a promise about the whole catalogue. The balance a buyer weighs is a short one: channel breadth sits above much of the field, while time spent trading sits below it. Buyers who put equal weight on both should read the returns and delivery terms closely before committing to a large order.

Frequently asked questions

How long is the trial, and can it be used at home?+

The trial runs 30 nights, and 30 days of that can be spent sleeping on the mattress at home. Sleeping on it in your own bedroom is the part that settles the question, since a showroom test lasts minutes and a home test lasts weeks.

What does delivery cost, and how long does it take to arrive?+

Delivery is free, and the €0 threshold means there is no minimum order value to reach first. The wait itself is 3 to 4 weeks, which is the longest part of the purchase for anyone working to a fixed date.

Are returns free, and how long is the return window?+

Returns run 30 days and the return charge is €0, so a change of mind costs nothing to send back. Assembly included reads no, so a bed or frame has to be taken apart again before it goes back.

Which countries can the range be shipped to?+

The range runs in DE and AT, and the trial, delivery and returns terms are written for those markets. A reader elsewhere sits outside those terms, so delivery, the 30 days return window and the 30 night trial would not apply to them.

What mattress types and firmness levels are on offer?+

The mattress range covers hybrid and innerspring, with medium, medium firm and firm to pick from. Eve Sleep sells hybrid and memory foam, so a reader who wants a foam build rather than a spring core is looking at a different brand. The firmness choice is made once, before the trial begins.

What does the bedding and topper range cost?+

Bedding and topper lines start at €82, covering sheets and toppers. Materials across the range are fabric, velvet and wood, so the finish is a mix of textiles and wood rather than a single material used throughout. That suits readers building a whole bed in one order.

How do I get help with an order?+

Support runs on chat, email and phone, which covers phone, email, chat and a help centre. With assembly included reading no, a question about putting a frame together is quicker to sort on chat or phone than in writing.

Who runs the brand, and how long has it traded?+

The company behind the range is Comfort One GmbH, based in Germany and founded in 2021. Textiles carry oeko tex certification across fabric, velvet and wood, which is a textile scope rather than a range wide one, so readers checking labels should read which products it covers.
