Who it suits
- Buyers who want to sleep on a mattress for 30 trial nights at home before deciding.
- Shoppers furnishing a whole bedroom at once, with sheets, duvets, covers, pillows and toppers sitting next to the mattress.
- People who want the courier to assemble the bed and remove the old mattress during the same delivery.
Who should look elsewhere
- Buyers outside Spain and continental Portugal, the only markets Pikolin delivers in.
- Shoppers who expect returns to be free: Pikolin may charge €10 for return shipping.
- Anyone who needs next-day delivery, since delivery runs 1 to 6 weeks.
What it does well
Pikolin puts the trial before the decision, with 30 trial nights at home, so the test happens on your own bed and in your own room rather than on a showroom floor. Most products come with free delivery and assembly included, and the courier removes the old mattress during the same visit, which matters when the replacement has to fit that space the same night. Depth differs by model, with the Marisma pocket coil spring mattress standing 30 cm. A 3 year warranty backs the range, so a fault found later is not a dead end.
Pricing
Prices are quoted per mattress, and the figure most often seen belongs to a named model rather than to the range. The Marisma, a viscoelastic mattress over pocket coil springs with medium-high firmness, is listed at €590.40. That number attaches to that mattress, so a different model carries a different price and each model page is worth reading. The second cost in the cycle of ownership is getting a mattress back: Pikolin reserves the right to charge €10 for return shipping, which can come out of the refund.
Who runs it
Pikolin trades as PIKOLIN, S.L., based in Spain, with the company's logistics address in Zaragoza. It has been making beds since 1948, which gives the brand the staying power that matters when a mattress still has to be warranted years after the sale. Support runs through email, chat, phone and more, so a question about a delivery date can reach a person by chat, phone or email rather than sitting in a queue.

Frequently asked questions
How long is the mattress trial at home?+
Mattresses come with 30 trial nights at home, so you can sleep on one properly before deciding. Delivery is free for most products and assembly is included, and the courier takes the old mattress away during the same visit. If the fit is wrong, the return window and shipping charge both apply.
What does it cost to send a mattress back?+
Pikolin allows returns within 30 calendar days of receiving the order, but reserves the right to charge €10 for shipping costs. That figure can be deducted from the refund, so trying a mattress at home is not costless if you decide against it afterwards.
Where does Pikolin deliver, and how long does delivery take?+
Deliveries cover Spain and continental Portugal, and the lead time runs 1 to 6 weeks. Assembly is included and the old mattress is removed on the same visit, which is convenient but means a bedroom is given up for the wait. Buyers outside those markets need another route to the product.
How much does a mattress cost?+
The shop quotes the Marisma, a viscoelastic mattress over pocket coil springs with medium-high firmness, at €590.40. That price belongs to that model, so other mattresses carry their own figures. Bedding and pillows sit far lower, starting at €14.05.
Can I pay for a mattress in instalments?+
Finance is available, so the cost can be spread across payments instead of paid in full at checkout. Finance does not change the return terms: returns run within 30 calendar days, and Pikolin reserves the right to charge €10 for shipping. A financed order is still a purchase you can send back.
What does the warranty cover?+
The warranty runs 3 years, which covers the stretch most people expect before replacing a mattress. It sits alongside the trial rather than replacing it: 30 trial nights at home decide whether the mattress suits you, and the warranty handles faults afterwards. Delivery, assembly and removal of the old mattress are handled by Pikolin.
What else does the store sell besides mattresses?+
Beyond mattresses, the store lists sheets, duvets, duvet covers and more alongside bed bases and bedroom furniture. Pillow and topper fills include microfiber, memory foam, down and more, so a shopper matching bedding to a mattress has some choice on fibre. Sheet thread counts reach 300 threads at the top of the range.
