Our verdict

SaunaSpace suits buyers in the US and Canada who want a full infrared cabin rather than a portable unit, and who can cover an entry price of $4,496 with a warranty of 5 years behind it. Plug and play setup keeps assembly simple, though the outlay runs well above blanket rivals.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • Plug and play setup means no specialist assembly, and the 1.75 kW heater is ready to run once the cabin is positioned.
  • Delivery is included and finance is available, so an entry price of $4,496 does not have to be paid all at once.
  • A warranty of 5 years outlasts the 4 typical of saunas and cold plunges.
  • Support covers email, phone and chat, so help is not confined to email alone.

Cons

  • An entry price of $4,496 sits far above Vellgus at $519 for anyone after a portable infrared unit.
  • The range is infrared sauna only, narrower than Bast Sauna at sauna and cold plunge and Lay-Z-Spa at hot tub, inflatable hot tub and cold plunge.
  • Listed delivery covers US and CA, so households outside those markets need to check freight terms before ordering.

How it compares on our data

Core features

The Firelight infrared cabin pairs a 1.75 kW heater with plug and play setup, so it can be positioned without specialist assembly. Delivery is included on orders and finance is available for spreading the cost, while the warranty runs 5 years.

The company behind it

SaunaSpace LLC is the legal entity behind the brand, headquartered in the US and founded in 2013. Support runs on email, phone and chat, so help is not confined to email alone and buyers with questions before or after delivery have several routes in.

How SaunaSpace compares

Frequently asked questions

How much does a SaunaSpace infrared sauna cost?+

Entry is at $4,496 for the Firelight infrared cabin, and finance is available so the outlay can be spread rather than paid upfront. Delivery is included with the order, which keeps the landed figure easier to plan. It suits buyers with a fixed space rather than renters looking for a portable unit.

What warranty comes with a SaunaSpace sauna?+

The warranty runs 5 years, longer than the 4 typical across saunas and cold plunges. In the rankings the brand sits at 8 of 18 brands for cover length, so warranty strength is the better side of the record.

Do I need to build a SaunaSpace sauna myself?+

No. The Firelight cabin is plug and play, so no specialist assembly is needed and the 1.75 kW heater is ready to run. That suits buyers fitting heat into a spare room or garden cabin, and it keeps setup simple for a new sauna owner.

Where does SaunaSpace deliver?+

Delivery covers US and CA, so the US and Canada are the served markets and delivery is included on orders in those regions. Buyers elsewhere should check freight terms at the point of ordering. Support is reachable on email, phone and chat if a delivery question needs answering.

What types of sauna does SaunaSpace sell?+

The range is infrared sauna only, focused on cabin style infrared heat rather than a portable unit. For a cold plunge alongside your sauna, Bast Sauna covers sauna and cold plunge and Lay-Z-Spa covers hot tub, inflatable hot tub and cold plunge, both pairing heat with cold water.

How do I reach SaunaSpace customer support?+

Support runs on email, phone and chat, so several routes are open. Buyers weighing a $4,496 purchase covered by a 5 year warranty can get answers before and after delivery, and SaunaSpace LLC is the operating company behind those enquiries.

How long has SaunaSpace been trading?+

SaunaSpace LLC is based in the US and was founded in 2013, so it is an established home infrared name rather than a new listing. The company sells into US and CA, which defines both the delivery footprint and the service levels you can expect.

How does SaunaSpace compare with Vellgus and Bast Sauna on price?+

SaunaSpace is the pricier of the three: entry at $4,496 against $519 for a Vellgus infrared sauna blanket. Bast Sauna sits in a different bracket again, pairing sauna and cold plunge together. The gap is worth paying if you want a full cabin in a fixed space.
