Our verdict

Wookids Rental suits families who want a memory foam bed without buying one outright, and it opens at €29. Plan holders pay a rental rather than an outright price, so renewal costs and the 21 days return window are what separate it from Coop Sleep Goods and Newton Baby.

Who it suits

  • Parents furnishing a nursery on a short-term basis who expect to hand the bed back
  • Households across the European markets listed under AT, BE and BG who want memory foam without an outright purchase
  • Renters who want delivery in 2 weeks and a 21 days return window rather than a long trial

Who should look elsewhere

  • Shoppers who want a long sleep trial and should compare Coop Sleep Goods at 100 nights
  • Anyone who needs a hybrid build, since Eve Sleep lists hybrid under hybrid and memory foam while this range is memory foam
  • Buyers looking for a one-off purchase rather than a rental, which Newton Baby suits at 100 nights

What it does well

Wookids Rental takes a different route to a bed than the sellers next to it. Instead of an outright purchase, the range is rented, with prices opening at €29 for memory foam under memory foam, and the wider selection of beds and bed frames under beds and bed frames. Delivery is included from €0, so nothing extra is added to the entry figure. Orders reach the customer in 2 weeks, which sits inside the window most bed sellers on the site work to. There is no sleep trial to weigh: 0 nights is what the rental comes with, against 100 nights at Coop Sleep Goods and 100 nights at Newton Baby. The trade-off is the flexibility of a rental rather than comfort testing. Returns run 21 days, with a return fee of €0, so handing the bed back costs nothing. Assembly is listed as not included, which means a frame needs setting up once it is inside the house. The furniture itself is built from wood, so the finish sits with the wood rather than an upholstered frame.

Who runs it

Wookids Rental trades as Woogistic sro, based in Czechia. The company works across the European markets listed under AT, BE and BG, which stretches well beyond a single home country and explains why delivery is quoted in weeks rather than days. Getting hold of them runs on email, chat and help centre, so questions about a rental period, a delivery slot or a return go through a written channel rather than a phone line. That suits households arranging things around a nursery, since a written exchange leaves a record of what was agreed about a bed. The absence of phone support is worth noting for anyone who would rather settle a delivery question in one call, and a chat route covers quicker exchanges when a reply is needed the same day. Because the company operates across AT, BE and BG, the same terms tend to apply across borders, though rental periods and return arrangements are worth confirming for the specific market being served.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a Wookids Rental bed cost to start?+

Prices open at €29, and free delivery applies from €0, so the figure quoted at the start covers getting the bed to the door. The range covers beds and bed frames under beds and bed frames, with a memory foam mattress under memory foam. Delivery then takes 2 weeks.

Can I try the mattress before deciding?+

There is no trial period here, since 0 nights is what the rental comes with. That is the main difference from Coop Sleep Goods at 100 nights and Newton Baby at 100 nights. Families wanting to feel a mattress first should look at those options instead.

What happens if I want to end the rental early?+

Returns are accepted for 21 days, and the return fee is €0, so ending the rental within that window costs nothing extra. The bed goes back rather than being kept, which suits a nursery that is changing needs. Assembly is listed as not included, so no fitting service comes with the return.

Is assembly included with delivery?+

The company lists assembly as not included with the rental, so a bed frame needs putting together once it arrives. Delivery itself takes 2 weeks and is free from €0. Anyone comparing sellers who include assembly should factor the extra step into the switch-over day.

Where can Wookids Rental deliver?+

The company operates across the European markets listed under AT, BE and BG, and trades as Woogistic sro from CZ. Delivery is included from €0. Addresses outside those markets would need checking before a rental is agreed.

How do I get help with a rental?+

Support runs on email, chat and help centre, so questions go through email, chat or the help centre rather than by phone. Written contact keeps a record of any change to a rental period or a delivery slot. Anyone who prefers a spoken conversation may settle questions faster elsewhere.

What materials are the beds and frames made from?+

The frames are built from wood, which suits households wanting a straightforward finish for a nursery. Mattresses in the range are memory foam under memory foam. A shopper wanting a hybrid build would find one listed at Eve Sleep under hybrid and memory foam instead.
